Not that you´re going to fight in a tournament, but how about some holidays in the “Ritterzimmer”. For those who prefer a rather peaceful holiday the “Mönchszimmer” would be the smart alternative.
Feelgood rooms: As the basic material we have chosen local pinewood, and for the bathrooms, a combination of slate as the basic element combined with modern decor. Pinewood has a beneficial effect on blood circulation, sleep, overall health and vegetative regulation: the findings of laboratory tests indicate that there are significant differences in the quality of regeneration between a pinewood room and a identically designed “wood decor” room. This is expresses in a lower heart rate in physically and mentally strenuous situations followed by rest phases and in an accelerated vegetative recovery process. You simply get a better night’s sleep in a pinewood room, meaning you feel more relaxed and rested the next morning. The use of pinewood also leads to a reduced heart rate and enhanced body resonance during the day. The average “saving” in a pinewood bed was around 3,500 heartbeats a day, which corresponds to about one hour of heart activity.
A Kneipp bath is also all about good health!
For over 20 years now Ms Prodinger, an “old Kneipp enthusiast”, has sworn by the benefits of a morning Kneipp bath and misses it the most when she stays overnight in other hotels and has to go without this ritual. This is because Kneipp therapy gets the circulation going, makes the body more resilient and strengthens the immune system. Our spa staff will be pleased to advise you on this and other treatments!
