Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your end device via your browser. They do not cause any damage

We use these cookies to make our offer more user-friendly. Some cookies will remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser when you next visit our website.

If you do not want these cookies to be stored on your device, you can change your browser settings so that you will be informed whenever a cookie is being installed on your device and consent to this storage on a case-to-case basis.

Deactivating cookies may restrict some functions of our website.

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC in 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on a server in the United States.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, please note that, if you do so, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Furthermore, you can prevent Google logging and processing the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

We have concluded a corresponding agreement with the provider for contract data processing.

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized (by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result only a rough localization is possible. The IP-address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (justified interest) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our services and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. User data is evaluated by Google to generate reports.

You can prevent data acquisition by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is installed, which prevents your data from being collected when you visit this website in future: Disable Google Analytics.

Data privacy of applications and application processes

The controller responsible collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of managing the application procedure. Processing may also take place electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant sends application documents to the relevant data processor by electronic means, e.g. by email. In the event of an employment contract being concluded between the data processor and an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of managing the employment relationship, in observance of the applicable statutory provisions. In case that no employment contract is concluded between the applicant and the data processor, the application documents are automatically erased after the announcement of the refusal, provided that such erasure is not prevented by other legitimate interests on the part of the relevant data processor.

Your rights

As a basic principle, you have the right to disclosure, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your rights under data protection law have been infringed in any other manner, you may report this to the competent supervisory authority.
